Importance of the professional improvement of Social workers in the homes of children without family protection (Review)

Abstract

Overcoming is a challenge from the initial training of professionals, particularly social workers in homes for children without family protection. Guaranteeing it constitutes an endorsement for the future quality in the fulfillment, by these actors, of their function of advising, preparing and guiding children, teachers and even substitute families regarding the specific procedures for the successful achievement of their endeavor. Social Therefore, the objective of this article is specified as the establishment of the basic theoretical foundations of professional improvement, emphasizing the ways to develop that of social workers who work in homes for children without family protection. Has established, constitutes an urgent need for the improvement of the educational model of these institutions.
